2. Services provided
The practice provides psychological services for adults, including:
- psychological assessment;
- ADHD assessment;
- psychological counselling.
Services are provided primarily online. The availability of other arrangements may be discussed and agreed upon depending on the service requested.
A psychological assessment aims to clarify the issues for which the assessment is requested and may include a clinical interview, questionnaires or other relevant psychological assessment tools, depending on the purpose of the assessment.
Following an assessment, documents such as a psychological report or psychological opinion may be issued when justified and within the applicable professional competencies.
3. Appointments
Appointments can be requested:
- by phone;
- via WhatsApp;
- through the contact form available on the website.
Submitting an appointment request does not in itself constitute confirmation of an appointment. An appointment is considered confirmed once it has been confirmed by the practice.
Before the service begins, relevant information regarding the requested service, its duration and fee will be provided.
4. Duration and fees
A session lasts 60 minutes and the fee is 200 RON.
This fee applies to:
- psychological assessment;
- ADHD assessment;
- psychological counselling.
If an assessment requires multiple appointments, the number of sessions and the stages of the assessment will be determined according to the purpose of the assessment and the needs of the person being assessed.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled, preferably with at least 24 hours notice.
In unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. Individual situations will be discussed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Online services
For online sessions, the person receiving the service is responsible for ensuring, as far as reasonably possible, a stable internet connection and a space that provides an appropriate level of privacy and confidentiality.
If technical difficulties prevent the session from taking place, we will try, depending on the circumstances, to restore the connection or agree on an alternative way to continue.
7. Limitations of website information
The information published on ildiconstantin.ro is provided for general and informational purposes and does not replace psychological assessment, counselling or other professional services.
The content of this website should not be interpreted as a diagnosis, individual recommendation or treatment plan.
In cases of psychiatric emergency or immediate risk to your own safety or the safety of another person, the services offered through this website are not an emergency service. In such situations, emergency services or other appropriate specialized services should be contacted.
8. Privacy and data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
