I began my journey in psychology later in life, when I realized how deeply interested I was in the way the human mind works, as well as in emotions and relationships between people.

Before beginning my work in psychology, I worked in an organizational environment, where I had the opportunity to interact with many people in a variety of situations. These experiences helped me see how differently we can think, feel, and react, and how important it is for each person to be understood within the context of their own life.

Over time, I realized how meaningful it is for me to be alongside people in difficult moments, to support them in understanding what they are going through, and to witness the changes they make. This is what led me to pursue psychology as a profession — one that is beautiful, complex, and continues to challenge and inspire me.

I graduated with a degree in Psychology from Babeș-Bolyai University, and continued my studies within the Cognitive-Behavioural Therapies Master’s programme at the University of Bucharest.

I am a clinical psychologist accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists (COPSI) and I’m currently training in Process-Based Therapy.

In my work, I use scientifically supported methods and instruments, while adapting them to each person’s needs, context, and pace. I believe that a psychological process should be evidence-based, while also remaining flexible and attentive to each person’s difficulties, experiences, and resources.
